INTRODUCTION
This ICPRB Strategic Plan spans the five year period from adoption
through September 30, 2011 and sets out our mission and shapes our
activities to support our goals and objectives, to responsibly manage
the things we do, to derive an identification for the ICPRB, to
secure and sustain funding, to commit resources and to measure our
performance. This Strategic Plan also serves as the basis for operational
planning for the Commission. It will be continually updated to guide
the ICPRB operations.
Our mission is to enhance, protect and conserve the water and
associated land resources of the Potomac River basin and its tributaries
through regional and interstate cooperation.
