From Virginia
Follow I-495 North to I-270. Take 270 North (the local lanes NOT the express lanes) to Exit 6A MD-28/West Montgomery Avenue. Follow West Montgomery Avenue/Route 28 in the direction of the Rockville Town Center. The road splits into Route 28 and West Montgomery Avenue. Stay on Route 28, which will become Jefferson Street. Turn left onto Monroe Street, then turn right at the next stop sign (Monroe Place). The parking garage and entrance for 51 Monroe is on the left, approximately 100 feet from the turn. ICPRB’s offices are located on the Plaza level in Suite PE-8.

From Frederick, MD

From Baltimore and Annapolis
I-95 South (or US 50 West from Annapolis) to I-495 West (toward Silver Spring). Follow I-495 to I-270 North (soon after the Connecticut Avenue exit). From the District of Columbia

Via Metro and MARC

ICPRB is located at the Rockville station for the Metro and MARC. If riding Metro, take the red line toward Shady Grove. It is about 35 minutes from Metro Center. If taking MARC from points west, ride the Brunswick line MARC train east toward Washington, D.C. Exit on the west side of the Rockville station and walk up the covered walkway over the metro parking lot and Rockville Pike. When the walkway ends, you reach a plaza between two buildings. ICPRB’s offices are in the building to your left – 51 Monroe Street-on the Plaza level in Suite PE-8.

Parking
Parking is available in parking garages underneath 51 Monroe and under the building next to 51 Monroe. You must pay to park in the garages. The maximum daily rate is $9.50. Street parking is also available at meters. The parking meters are strictly enforced. You may also park in the Rockville Metro lot, however, you must have a SmartTrip card to exit because there is no attendant on duty.
